This image brings a smile to my face not only because it's a natural sign made of wood but plastered with artificial paint but also because it's a sign for a natural foods store. What is the difference between natural foods and all the other types of foods we intake? Are the rest artificial? If so, I would have eaten lots of artificial foods--would that make me literally an artificial person? So what does one sell in a natural food store? Organic? But are organic foods really natural? I guess the question is what is the criteria we have in order to deem something natural? And by having criteria, is that natural?

Natural Reserve vs The City
I never really knew what a 'natural reserve' really means. This one happens to be in Buenos Aires but I'm sure there are reserves everywhere. I think they are sections of land reserved by the government to remain 'natural' and not be developed. I'm not sure why they are really being saved. Looking at this picture, one can already see the city growing near and literally towering over. If we were really saving the 'natural', we would be doing much more than blocking off tiny sections of land.
natural rock arch
This is a natural rock arch taken as a photo from Italy. At first glance, I deem this as certainly an image of nature with no artificiality whatsoever. Nonetheless, have you ever asked yourself how an arch such as this was created in the first place? Water erodes rocks, sand, and sendiment over time, eating away these materials together with water pressure to create shapes such as these but because of many human projects leading up to acid rain and other negative effects, the rate of erosion has been directly influenced causing these arches to fastly disappear. So the question is, has this particular arch been naturally created or artificially?
